Before joining the Dominican Republic team to prepare for the World Baseball Classic, Alex Rodriguez met with Major League Baseball investigators for two hours last night to answer questions about his admitted steroid use.
It was essentially an information-seeking meeting, as MLB does not have the power to discipline Rodriguez for using steroids before there were penalties against doing so in baseball. A release from the commissioner's office said: "Mr. Rodriguez was cooperative. The Office of the Commissioner will have no further comment at this time." Continue
